On point as usual, Stuart. My take away is this line: These churning times require intention and attention that lead to loving presence. I’m claiming that intention. Loving presence. It’s what I want to be.

When the noise lets me focus I remind myself of my reaction to 9/11 which ended up as my reaction to January 6th. Maybe you would characterize it as "intention." After struggling with many thoughts and emotions I resolved to a simple action: everyday, at least once, do one unexpected good thing for someone, anyone, even a stranger, even just someone in car who doesn't know you, or a comment of encouragement on a social network account of a person you don't know.
